Hi I'm Ryan Sprague

I am the founder of Highly Optimized and creator of the Coach With Cannabis Certification, a pioneering program that teaches coaches how to harness the transformative power of Cannabis—safely, legally & intentionally. But my mission goes far beyond the plant—it’s about helping people break free from limitations, reconnect with their purpose & embody their fullest potential—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. My journey took a profound turn when I supported my father through the end of his life with the support of Cannabis. In that experience, I saw how disconnected so many of us are—from ourselves, our loved ones & the world around us. But I also discovered something life-changing: Cannabis, when used with intention, can be a powerful bridge back to connection—with who & what we truly are as divine beings. But this isn’t about Cannabis—it’s about what’s possible when we work with it consciously. It’s about self-actualization, expansion & stepping fully into who we are meant to be. With over 15 years of experience in plant medicine, holistic health & personal transformation, I’ve helped over 5,000 people cultivate a conscious relationship with this sacred ally—not as an escape, but as a tool for growth, healing & evolution.
